We want you to be genuinely happy with your order and with our small business. If something arrives damaged, isn’t working correctly, or simply isn’t the right fit for your setup, please reach out. We’d much rather work with you toward a repair, exchange, or refund than leave you frustrated with a pile of silent circuitry.
If you run into a problem, the best first step is simply to contact us. Most issues can be solved quickly with troubleshooting, repair, replacement parts, or an exchange. Our goal is to build long-term trust, good experiences, and a community of people excited to recommend clectric to fellow synth enthusiasts, makers, and curious noise explorers.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by an error on our end. Having the customer cover return shipping helps keep things fair while still allowing flexibility and support when problems come up.
